Breakfast with a view

Jet lag has its advantages in Las Vegas.  Waking early (5.30am) means you can get out of the hotel, into the fresh air and see the Strip in a different light.  Clear and clean, and no party people!

The other upside is getting a good table in a favourite restaurant.  One 'must visit' place for us is Mon Ami Gabi in the Paris Hotel.  Set at the base of the two-thirds scale model of the Eiffel Tower, the outside seating is a must for people watching.  In the summer the misters keep you cool, and in the winter there are gas heaters.

The eggs benedict are excellent here, served with ham or salmon.  The roasted tomatoes on the side help you kid yourself there is something healthy on the plate.

There is even a lower carb version with chickpea croutons, this comes with a herby green hollandaise.

In reality this place is all about breakfast with a view!
